ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner is figuring as an accused in a cheating case in Crime No. 25 of 2024 registered on the file of the second respondent. The petitioner was arrested. The petitioner applied for bail. Bail was granted on 23.05.2024 in Cr.M.P.No.3654 of 2024. The petitioner was granted bail after the petitioner deposited a sum of Rs.4,11,000/-. In fact, the second respondent has written to the first respondent that the petition mentioned account can be frozen.

3. I am satisfied that a case has been made out. The first respondent shall unfreeze the petition mentioned account immediately and without any delay. The Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
