ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to subdivide the land in Survey Nos.272/4, 272/3 and 272/5 in Panangudi Village, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2025. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.R.Suriya Narayanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran,, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the petitioner, the total extent of property situated in the above mentioned survey numbers is 6 acres and 20 cents. The petitioner purchased a portion of the property in the above mentioned survey numbers with an extent of 2 acres 83 cents. Since the property purchased by the petitioner has not been properly identified, the

petitioner submitted a representation dated 22.04.2025 before the respondents seeking subdivision of the property purchased by him and issuance of separate patta. The said representation has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner in his online application submitted on 26.03.2025 mentioned only one survey number. However, in the representation, he mentioned three survey numbers. Hence, there is a difficulty in processing the application submitted by the petitioner. 5.

In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh online application seeking subdivision of the property purchased by him, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also to pay necessary fee for survey and sub division.
