Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to black list the 6th Respondent from Government Contractor and consequently, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to take recovery proceedings and other appropriate action against the sixth respondent based on the petitioner's representation, dated 21.06.2022.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is a Government Contractor. According to him, the sixth respondent had indulged in illegalities and a resolution has been passed for black-listing him. Consequential action has not been taken. Hence the present writ petition has been filed. The case projected by the petitioner partakes the character of a Public Interest Litigation. The petitioner has to necessarily go before the Hon'ble Division Bench and file a writ petition in the prescribed format. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

3. With this observation and liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
