ORDER

The petitioner seeks limited relief of issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner for extending the retirement age from 58 to 60. 2.No such positive direction can be issued under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. However, considering the fact that the petitioner 2/5

has given a representation on 23.04.2025 and he is due to retire on 31.05.2025, the fourth respondent shall pass final orders on the petitioner's representation within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
