O R D E R

The petitioner has contempt petition to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 02.09.2024 passed in W.P.(MD) No.20453 of 2024.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent has filed a copy of the communication dated 20.12.2024, which was sent by the second respondent to the petitioner after the order dated 02.09.2024 was passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.20453 of 2024, stating that the said order has been complied with.

3. However, in view of the communication dated 20.12.2024, it is clear that the compliance does not refer to the fact that the recruitment was made as early as 04.10.2023, as stated by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, since the said date is not mentioned in the communication. The said communication dated 20.12.2024 does not furnish any particulars, except stating that the petitioner's application was rejected on the ground that the recruitment had already been completed.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 02.09.2024 passed by this Court has not been complied with in letter and spirit, as evident from the communication dated 20.12.2024, and seeks liberty to challenge the same.
