Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to set right the anomaly in pay of the petitioner by granting monetary and service benefits par with her junior and to pay arrears with interest in consequent to the same within the time limit fixed by this Court by considering the representations of the petitioner, dated 02.11.2016 and 08.06.2017.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to set right the pay anomaly of the petitioner by granting monetary and service benefits, on par with her junior and to pay arrears by considering the representations of the petitioner, dated 02.11.2016 and 08.06.2017.

2.According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeking consideration of the representation, dated 08.06.2017 with regard to pay anamoly, the petitioner approached the respondents and due to non-consideration of the same, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and suitable orders will be passed on merits. 4.In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 08.06.2017 seeking rectification of pay anamoly and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
