ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first and second respondents not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry, based on the petitioners representation dated 02.06.2022. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the case has been registered on 29.06.2022 in Crime No.19 of 2022 for the offences under Section 498(A), 406, 506 (i) IPC and Section 4 of Tamilnadu of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 against the petitioners.
