2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police is present. He would submit that in Crime No.243 of 2020, investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam.

3. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam is directed to process the final report that has been presented by the first respondent and take it on file as per Rules .

4. With the above direction, the petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
