O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for R1 to R3. 2.The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the respondent police at the instance of the fifth respondent. The petitioner would further state that undertaking to vacate was coercively obtained from him.

W.P.(MD)No.14120 of 2020 3.If the fifth respondent has obtained any order from the jurisdictional Civil Court, it is always open to the fifth respondent to enforce the same. No coercive undertaking obtained before the police can be enforced.

4.The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, states that the police will not interfere in the civil dispute said to be pending between the petitioner and the fifth respondent. 5.Recording the undertaking given by the respondent police, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
