Magistrate, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District made in C.C.No.268 of 2022, dated 03.02.2024 and enlarge the petitioners on bail pending disposal of the above criminal revision petition.
ORDER
In line with the order of this Court, dated 02.06.2025, the petitioner has appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court. However, the defacto complainant did not turn up.
2. Recording the same, the suspension of sentence granted by this Court on 02.06.2025 is hereby vacated. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
