disposal of the above criminal revision petition.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to exempt the petitioners from surrendering before the Court to take the judgment of the appellate Court in Crl.Appeal No.17 of 2024, dated 06.02.2025 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram and District and modified the judgment of learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District made in C.C.No.268 of 2022, dated 03.02.2024 pending disposal of the above criminal revision petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
