This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichy, to dispose of the C.C.No.218 of 1/4

2010 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the prosecution witnesses have been examined and posted for arguments on 14.07.2022.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichy is directed to dispose of the C.C.No. 218 of 2010 pending on its file within a period of two weeks from the date of reciept of a copy of this order, without giving any adjournment.
