ORDER

Aggrieved over the long pendency of I.A.No.1166 of 2017 in O.S.No.325 of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thanjavur, the petitioner has approached this Court for early disposal of above said Interim Application.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since the case is for a limited relief of early disposal, no notice need be sent to the respondents.

3. On perusal of the affidavit it is seen that the above said Interim Application is pending for more than three years without any progress.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the learned District Munsif, Thanjavur, to dispose of I.A.No.1166 of 2017, pending on its file, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
