The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to consider his representation, dated 04.07.2017. 2.Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.It is seen from the records that the petitioner has instituted a suit against one Ganesan and also filed an application seeking interim orders. But the Civil Court has not granted any interim order in favour of the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner sent representations to the respondents dated 04.07.2017 informing the pendency of the interim application and also requesting the respondents not to register the documents.

4. Considering the facts of the case, this Court is of the considered opinion that the respondents have no statutory duty to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.07.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In such view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
