Respondent/Respondent Prayer :-This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying this Honourable Court, Pleased to direct the Principal District Munsif at Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District (Rent Controller, Nagercoil) to dispose the R.C.O.P.No.29 of 2014 in a speedy manner within a time frame, as fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof, the order already passed by this Honourable Court, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.Saravanan, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order: This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in R.C.O.P.No.29 of 2014.

2. This Court, by an order dated 12.11.2018, directed the Court below to dispose of the case in R.C.O.P. No.29 of 2014 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the Court below seeks further time to dispose of the said case.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, two months time is granted for disposing the case in R.C.O.P. No.29 of 2014.
