When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the proposal submitted by the petitioner School had already been considered and necessary orders have been passed on 21.07.2017 and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. 2.In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
