For Appellant : Mr.J.Lawrance (in both cases) For Respondent : Mr.H.Lakshmi Shankar (in both cases) COMMON JUDGMENT (Judgment of the Court was made by the Hon'ble P.VELMURUGAN. J.) The husband filed a petition in HMOP No.96 of 2019 on the file of the Family Court, Ramanathapuram, seeking for dissolution marriage, whereas the wife filed a petition in HMOP No.156 of 2021 on the very same Court for restitution of conjugal rights. The trial Court, by order, dated 29/01/2021 dismissed the petition filed by the husband and allowed the petition filed by the wife, on 30/05/2022. Aggrieved over the above said orders, the husband as appellant, preferred these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, both the appellant and the respondent appeared before this Court along with their respective counsel. After deliberation, both parties accepted that they are ready and willing to live together as husband and wife.

3.Recording the above, these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are disposed of. No costs.
