School, situated in Velliambalam, Madurai. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner moved this Court since she felt aggrieved by the appointment of the fifth respondent as in-charge Headmistress. During the pendency of the writ petition, the fifth respondent ceased to be the in-charge Headmistress and proceedings dated 13.12.2021 issued by District Educational Officer, Madurai has also been produced before this Court. Now one N.Vijayalakshmi has been appointed as in-charge Headmistress. Admittedly she is senior to the petitioner. Nothing survives for further adjudication. 2/4
