For Respondent : Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.209 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under sections 498(A),341,294 (b),307,323,500,509,34 of IPC and section 4 of DP Act in Crime No.209 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent police seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to some matrimonial dispute the defacto complainant left the matrimonial house without 1/3

any information to the petitioners and lodged a complaint in her native district, hence the case came to be registered. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case and they have nothing to do with the said allegations. He would further submit that Interstate Anticipatory bail may be granted to them to enable them to move to the appropriate jurisdictional Court in Odisha for necessary relief.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant inter-state interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to enable them to move to the concerned Court.

5.Accordingly, interim interstate anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioners for a period of four weeks, on condition that the petitioners shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready and the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said learned Magistrate. Further, within four weeks from the date of execution of bail bond, the petitioners shall approach the competent Court in Odisha and seek appropriate relief.

6.In view of the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
