ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 11.10.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 307 of I.P.C and 3 (1) of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.126 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit the petitioner was detained under Goondas Act. 3.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
