ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 & A2, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 341, 355, 506(i) IPC in Crime No.38 of 2023, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that there was previous motive between the petitioners and the defacto complainant. Due to the same, the petitioners abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and also attacked with footwear. Hence the case. 3.Heard both sides and perused the materials available in the record.

CRL OP(MD)No.9388 of 2023 4.It is seen that the petitioners already approached the Court below and filed an application for anticipatory bail in Crl.M.P.No.95 of 2023. While pending the said petition, by suppressing the same, the petitioners filed the present petition. Hence, the petitioners are not entitled for anticipatory bail.
