ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused (Rank Not Known), apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420 of IPc, in Crime No.Not Kown of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is a dispute with regard to the money transaction and no case has been registered against the petitioner.

3.Since no case has been registered against the petitioner, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings before the concerned Court, if any trouble arises in future during the course of investigation.
