Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of writ of mandamus,directing the respondents 2,4 and 5 to remove the encroachment made by the private respondents in Survey No.1691/1, 1692/1, 1696/3, 1696/2, 1696/1A, 1695/5, 1695/4 and 1695/3 in Gangaikondan Part-I Village within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court. ************* [Order of the Court was delivered by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks removal of the encroachments made by the private respondents in survey No. 1691/1, 1692/1, 1696/3, 1696/2, 1696/1A, 1695/5, 1695/4 and 1695/3 in Gangaikondan Part-I Village.

2. The fifth respondent had already issued orders in this regard as early as on 03.07.2014. But no follow up action has been taken by the authorities. We therefore direct the fifth respondent to complete the process of removal of encroachments in accordance with law after due notice to the encroachers within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.Accordingly this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
