PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 11 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the 2nd accused, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.04.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC r/w Section 11(1) and 12 of the POCSO Act, in Crime No.11 of 2022 and seeks bail. 2.The defacto complainant lodged a compliant stating that his daughter, by name Vinnarasi was teased by the accused persons, pressurising her to fall in love. That was informed to the defacto complainant. On 02.04.2022, when the defacto complainant was away from the house, at about 11.00 am., the accused persons alleged to have come to the house, criminally intimidated and abused in filthy language. After the aforesaid intimidation, they went away. On the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the case has been registered and thereafter, the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.04.2022.
3.Considering the duration of the custody of the petitioner, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

CRL OP(MD) No.11594 of 2022 4.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Pudukottai. Of course, the petitioner must file an undertaking affidavit before the concerned Court stating that he will not make any trouble to the victim girl. If any violation is noticed, the bail order that has been granted by this Court in this petition shall stand cancelled without further reference to this Court. The petitioner must stay away from the occurrence village and must stay at Trichy.
