ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner is not arrayed as an accused in this case as on today and there is no apprehension of arrest.

2.Since the petitioner is not arrayed as an accused, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if any trouble arises in future.
