ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioners want patta to be issued in respect of the petition mentioned lands. The Tahsildar, Ramanathapuram, has already sent his report to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ramanathapuram. The enquiry is to be held by the Revenue Divisional Officer.

3. The first respondent is directed to conduct the enquiry and pass final order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing all the interested parties.

4. This writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
