ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 74 of 2012, for the offences under Sections 120(B), 419, 467, 468, 470, 420 and 506(i) IPC, on the file of the second respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case in Crime No. 74 of 2012, was closed as 'action dropped' and an action dropped report was also filed on 15.06.2014. Further, RCS notice was also served to the complainant.
