ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, Trichy district, in Crime No. 267 of 2021 pending investigation on the file of the respondents.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No.267 of 2021 and for the same, investigation has been completed. Further, he sought two weeks time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.
3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands closed. The respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional 2/4
Magistrate Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and further, the jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to take the final report filed in Crime No. 267 of 2021, on file, if it is or otherwise in order.
