ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.223/2015, on the file of the second respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 223/2015 and for the same, investigation is under progress. Hence, he seeks one month time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
