O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] In this Writ Petition the order dated 17 July 2017, issued by the second respondent herein has been questioned at the instance of the encroachers.

2.An identical order was passed by the second respondent in respect of another encroacher and the same was challenged in W.P. (MD).No.13540 of 2017. By a detailed order dated 21 July, 2017, we sustained the order of eviction and dismissed the said Writ Petition.

3.The factual matrix pertaining to the present writ petition is similar to the one in W.P.(MD).No.13540 of 2017, therefore the present Writ Petition is also liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
