ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to consider his online application dated 29.03.2025, seeking survey of the land situated in Survey No.1914 with an extent of 20783 Sq.ft, situated in Thanjavur Town. 1/4
2. According to the petitioner, the property originally belongs to one Narayanan Chettiyar. He executed a settlement deed on 20.11.2024 appointing the petitioner as a power agent to manage the property. In that capacity, the petitioner submitted an application before the respondent seeking survey of the above mentioned property. The same has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner has come before this Court.
3. With the consent of both sides, the matter is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondent would submit that though the petitioner submitted an online application on 29.03.2025, there is no proof for payment of necessary charges for survey of the property.

In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent, the petitioner is directed to pay necessary charges for surveying the property and produce proof of the same to the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On production of proof for payment of survey charges, the authorities are directed 2/4
to consider the online application submitted by the petitioner dated 29.03.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other necessary parties.
