*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this Writ Petition to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to effect mutation in revenue records in respect of the land in Survey No.67/1, K.Alangulam Village Panchayat, Thiruvenkadam Taluk, Thirunelveli District, without considering his representation dated 24.06.2017.

2. There is no question of issuing a Writ of Mandamus at the instance of the petitioner to restrain the statutory authority from considering the application for mutation of revenue records. The petitioner cannot be heard to say that the revenue records https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

would be mutated, without issuing notice to the interested parties. The concerned Tahsildar would take up the application for mutation and pass orders thereon only after issuing notice to all the parties, who would be affected by such mutation.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above observation. No costs.
