Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of separate Patta.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that it is possible to dispose of the matter within a period of four weeks.

4. Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to pass order on the petitioner's request within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. This writ petition is disposed of.
