2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for complying with the conditions made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7844 of 2023, dated 26.04.2023 is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
