ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2017 and consequently direct the third respondent to survey the petitioner's land situated in Survey No.123/4, patta No.1296 at Agidavalasai, Keelanakatchi Group, Ramanathapuram Taluk & District.

2.The petitioner would claim that he purchased 50 cents of lands in Survey No.123/4 at Agidavalasai, Keelanakatchi Group, Ramanathapuram Taluk & District by a registered sale deed dated 20.10.2014. Since then he has been in possession and enjoyment of the same. He would further claim that mutation of the revenue https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

records had already taken place and thereafter he approached the respondent to measure the property and also submitted representation on 21.06.2017 after paying necessary fee. Since no order was passed, the present Writ petition is filed. 3.Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.06.2017 and take action on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to the necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
