Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus by directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action against the respondents 4 and 5 for their illegal act in the light of the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2021 within stipulated time framed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action against the respondents 4 and 5 for their illegal act in the light of the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2021 within stipulated time framed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner as against the accused persons in Crime No.90 of 2020, the third respondent completed the investigation and filed a final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.12 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Sattur and it is pending for trial.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
