O R D E R

Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.7715 of 2022, this Contempt Petition has been filed. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court, by order dated 22.04.2022, in W.P.(MD).No.7715 of 2022, directed the second respondent therein, conduct an enquiry after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter party, if any and dispose of the same within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. But, the respondent police did not comply with the said order. Hence this petition has been filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case has been registered in Crime No.353 of 2022 dated 24.06.2022 for offences under Sections 294(b), 352, 448, 380 and 506(i) I.P.C against three persons. Hence, the order of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.7715 of 2022 dated 22.04.2022 is complied.
