Seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2024, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2.The petitioner's representation, dated 03.12.2024 is generic in nature. He has made certain allegations as against one Murugesan, who is residing in the petitioner's Village and interrupting the day to day affairs of the ''Srimoondru Salai Santhanamariamman Temple'', situated at Muthumothanmozhi Village, Thisayanvilai, Tirunelveli. In his representation, he has stated that the said Murugesan has collected money in the name of temple, however, there is no details regarding from whom, he has collected money. The representation disclosed that there is a civil dispute between the said Murugesan and the petitioner and the same is pending in O.S.No.23 of 2024, on the file of the Sub Court, Valliyur.

3.If the dispute is with regard to the administration of the temple, the petitioner has to work out his remedy either before the HR & CE Department or before the competent civil Court. This Court is not inclined to issue any directions to the official respondents, based on the petitioner's representation. 4.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
