Toay, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appering for the respondent submitted that the charge memo was withdrawn, subsequently, the Vigilance Department has issued a charge memo on the same set of allegations. Challenging the same, Writ Appeal has been filed and interim stay also obtained.
