Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants the third respondent to survey the petition mentioned land. The petitioner has complied with all the formalities.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader pointed out that the third respondent had already issued notice and that survey is to be held on 07.07.2022 at 11.00 a.m. The respondents 2 and 3 are directed to complete the said exercise and also serve the copy of the survey report on the petitioner thereafter.

4. The Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
