ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. It is stated that the petitioner wants the survey to be done in respect of the petition mentioned property.

3. The learned Government Advocate states that there is no objection or opposition. The second respondent is directed to conclude the exercise of survey and demarcation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also serve the copy of the survey report to the petitioner.
