In view of the fact that the Shop No.3224 to which the petitioner was transferred, was closed by the State Government as a policy decision and that the petitioner is permitted to continue his work in Shop No.3222 situated at Vedasandur, Dindigul District, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
