2. The case on hand pertains to conduct of the petition mentioned temple festival. An agreement has been arrived at between the parties in this year. It has been specifically agreed that the festival that can very well go on. A common person will officiate as priest. 2/4

3. It is directed that the person to be chosen as priest will not be a party to the proceedings in O.S.No.70 of 2021 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Dindigul. It is for the jurisdictional police to ensure that the suit party does not officiate as priest for the proposed temple. The festival can very well go on.
