2. The subject matter pertains to conferring of 'first honour'. It appears that the issue may lead to breach of peace. Therefore, the third respondent is directed to convene a peace committee meeting on 11.10.2020 and attempt to amicably resolve the issues.

3. With this direction this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
