ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the second respondent to file Final Report, before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, in Crime No.2219 of 2019, pending on the file of the second respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation in this matter has been completed and Final Report was also made ready on 28.12.2019 as ''action dropped'' and the same is yet to be presented before the concerned Court. RCS Notice is also not served to the petitioner, for which, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks one month time.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor one month time is granted to serve RCS Notice to the petitioner and to file Final Report before the concerned Court. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, he can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
