PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to issue a direction to the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute existing between the petitioner and his wife and not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry in connection with the complaint lodged by respondent-3. ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents-1 & 2. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by third respondent petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.
4. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the second respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
