O R D E R

The writ petitioner seeks a direction to the third respondent for relieving him from service and for passing appropriate orders regarding disbursement of the retirement and other monetary benefits. He had given a representation dated 28.04.2017 in this regard.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent school submits that they have no objection for granting of the relief sought for in this writ petition.
