PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.262 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A4, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.12.2022 for the offence under section 302 IPC altered into Sections altered into 147, 148, 448, 342 and 302 IPC in Crime No.262 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant's son is an accused and he involved in many cases including murder case. Due to previous enmity, the accused persons killed the son of the defacto complainant. Hence the case.

CRL OP(MD)No.9473 of 2023 4.It is seen that there are totally 12 accused in this case and the petitioner is arrayed as A4. The petitioner already involved in eight previous cases, in which, 4 cases registered for the offence under Section 302 IPC.

Though the respondent completed investigation and filed final report, if the petitioner let out on bail, he will again involve in similar offence, since he is an hireling.
