When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in complaince with the directions issued by this Court on 28.11.2025, the petitioner had paid a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the learned counsel for the respondent and has also filed a memo to that effect.

2. The memo is recorded. The delay of 1065 days is condoned. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the case for admission.
