Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 to 4 herein to comply the decision of conciliation meeting dated 22.09.2021 arranged by the first respondent and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 herein to adjustment of policy amount from Policy No. 7781239437, actual amount of policy, in NRI Home Loan A/c.No.LBKD100002095758.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4. Considering the nature of relief to be granted issuance of notice to the first respondent is dispensed with.
2.The petitioner lodged complaint before the RBI ombudsman, Chennai. Conciliation meeting was arranged. Certain decisions were arrived at. The stand of the Bank is that the petitioner has not paid the amount as stated in the minutes of the RBI ombudsman. 2/4
3.In these circumstances, the question of issuing direction to the respondents 2 to 4 does not arise at all. It is for the parties to work out their rights in the manner known to law.
4.This writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
